Who Are We?

The challenge and burden of every individual is to determine who they are: not an easy thing to do. However, we do not live in a vacuum. Each of us belongs to several different “groups”, be it in the work place, home, or church. Whatever entity you are spending some of your valuable time with, you additionally need to ask yourself (of that group), who are we?

Awaken Giant Within

That giant would be God, Allah, Yahweh, Creator of the universe!

Awaken giant, awaken soul, awaken to the Spirit that is within all of us. ALL! Annamarie Schimmel said, “Once the journey to God is finished, the infinite journey in God begins.” On this side of our releasing our physical bodies, the journey is never finsihed and unfortuantely, it’s seldom seriously begun by most. The Buddha gets credit for putting it this way, “All things arise and pass away, but the awakend awake forever.” Jesus simply said, “Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand.” How do we relate to this challenges in our lives, or do we? Collective Madness

From time to time it seems as though our world is infected by some sort of virus- a madness bacteria or virus. Dean Radi called such crazy world wide destructive thinking as “mass mind infection“. And there is no one who can escape being tainted with such. One would hope that the church could somehow lead the way; however, that’s not been the case historically. Continue reading ‘Collective Madness’

Voice Of Unity

How can there be unity in diversity? Our shrinking world is making us aware of such great differences that exist and it appears that a voice of unity is impossible to detect. We are currently being faced by two opposite forces (what’s new?) that will lead us into a CRASH or will catapult us into a major LEAP in knowing (consciousness) which is what Jesus called the Kingdom of God! Christian history has pitted the forces of God and Jesus, while generically it’s been called Light vs. Dark. Continue reading ‘Voice Of Unity’

Creative Thinking

The title above may sound too difficult, but what you’re about to read is far from that. Let’s face it, we live in a cesspool of negative stories, horrific crimes against one another, and many doomsday scenarios. Is this as good as it gets, the way life is supposed to be, of is there another way to live? Is it possible to protect yourself and yet not live in denial? My answer is yes, and why aren’t we? Continue reading ‘Creative Thinking’

Johannes Kepler

Who was this man Johannes Kepler (1571-1630)? I see him much like our modern day heretics. In fact all truth begins originally as heresy. The TRUTH Himself (Jesus, the Christ) was hung on a cross and killed for His ideas that were basically ahead of the times. Remember, the scout usually took the first arrows. May we pray for more people to have the courage to stand alone- in love for that which they feel is truth. And may we not join in the chorus and choir seeking their demise. Continue reading ‘Johannes Kepler’

We Are One

Who is this WE? That’s a good question that not enough people are asking. More often, the question comes up as to “what if god was one of us“? How about if He is We? There really are no words to articulate God though religion has built many boxes for Him, some have built boxes for Her, and others have built boxes fot It! That we are one is more than the gaia paradigm. That we are ONE is an awareness that is gaining a wider consciousness. Continue reading ‘We Are One’

Thanksgiving

Who is there that we should not love, should not share a meal with, or join hands this holiday season to thank the one true God of all regardless of the name we give the Creator. Call the Creator of ALL, God, Allah, Buddha, Zoraster, Yahweh, Gud, Brahman, Shen, Ek Onkar, Aten, Mithras, Ahura Mazda, or the Infinite Intelligence, we should be THANKFUL this holiday weekend that we have life and that we can FREELY WORSHIP OUR GOD! Continue reading ‘Thanksgiving’

Spiritual Truth

Who has all the spiritual truth? Is spiritual truth totally knowable by we homo sapiens in this third dimensional world? My answer is not at all. Speculating that we humans will never know ALL the truth, which is what I Corinthians 13:12 reaffirms, how far can we go into the rabbit hole and not get to lost or dark to truly see? Science has a mathematical truism that confirms this principle as well. Continue reading ‘Spiritual Truth’

Inquisition

Few people remember the Crusades or the Inquisitions. What I can assure you though is that the Muslims remember them all too well. Laying aside the Crusades though, I want to reflect on the inquisition concept and hopefully help us avoid modern day inquisitions or the new inquisition that’s been repackaged under labels such as “fundamentalism” or “orthodoxy”. Let me remind you of yesterday’s commentary: no one has ALL the truth, so let’s be a bit more tolerant and forgiving for those that may not carry the same doctrinal beliefs that we do.
