The process through which that is accomplished can be seen through the difficult metaphor and principle of the trinity. What makes a person do stupid stuff? Is it simply a matter of stupid does as stupid is? Or, could what we call stupid or foolish be a spiritual act of one stepping out on faith and obeying the WORD of the Spirit. We are created in the image of them (trinity). Getting a grip on Ex. 3:14 and John 8:58 must be a life time effort. God’s name is I AM, and Jesus is reported to having used poor English, when he said in Greek, Aramaic, or some such language, “Before Abraham was, I AM.” The Western thinking mind has great difficulty with a lot Eastern picturing and posturing.
