Transformation Is From Within

What the world needs, what you and I need, is not more teaching, moralizing, or reformation of our financial systems (though a case could be made for the latter), but a transformation! We come into this world as innocent, loving, and pure spiritual beings. No, I don’t believe in original sin (God doesn’t create junk); however, it doesn’t take long to be enculturated to the evils of humanity. Continue reading ‘Transformation Is From Within’

The Trinity Metaphor

God comes into this world as me, as you, as everyone since He created everyone, thus God manifests as people. The process through which that is accomplished can be seen through the difficult metaphor and principle of the trinity. Church fathers battled for cenuries over exactly how there could be just ONE God and yet say there are THREE Gods. It was not an easy conclusion to draw and an even more difficult one to explain. Continue reading ‘The Trinity Metaphor’

The Foolishness Of Faith

What makes a person do stupid stuff? Is it simply a matter of stupid does as stupid is? Or, could what we call stupid or foolish be a spiritual act of one stepping out on faith and obeying the WORD of the Spirit. We are created in the image of them (trinity). To live a faith filled life fist comes the thought, then then word, and finally the action- Father-Son-Holy Spirit. Continue reading ‘The Foolishness Of Faith’

The Foolishness Of Faith

You’re not walking in FAITH unless some of the actions that you are taking are being looked upon by much of the world as crazy, silly, stupid, or insane. After all, the acts of Jesus got Him killed.

Magic, Mystery, & Mysticism

What is real? How many times have you seen an illusionist, someone like Criss Angel walk on water or make people disappear right before your very own eyes and ask, how’d he do that? Did he really pull a rabbit out of a hat? Are those real doves? Do we dare enter into the the land of magic, mystery, or mysticism. Isn’t it safer to stay grounded in ones intellect? Continue reading ‘Magic, Mystery, & Mysticism’

Continually & Consciously Creating

Paul encourages us to pray without CEASING! When are we to not pray? Prayer isn’t a REQUEST but an ACCEPTANCE of that which we’ve prayed- without any doubting (Mark 11:23-24). One of my most often prayers every morning before getting out of bed is thank you for today and what would you like to SEE or DO today God-Guide? Continue reading ‘Continually & Consciously Creating’

Double Agents?

The movie, The Traitor has some deep philosophical as well as spiritual implications that drive the actors to go along with a lot of ACTION! The life of an undercover agent or a double agents has to be one of the most difficult life’s to lead. And that’s exactly the kind of life too many of us are leading: that of double agents. Continue reading ‘Double Agents?’

The Glorious Paradox Of Union

Who can fathom the mysteries of God? The church says it knows, which is interesting since there are more than 30,000 Christian denominations world wide, each with differing interpretations of God. Ditch the dogma and join the dance. We need to simply go with the flow of the Spirit of who we are, of who I AM that Jesus comprehended. Continue reading ‘The Glorious Paradox Of Union’

I Am Who “I Am”

Getting a grip on Ex. 3:14 and John 8:58 must be a life time effort. God’s name is I AM, and Jesus is reported to having used poor English, when he said in Greek, Aramaic, or some such language, “Before Abraham was, I AM.” The Western thinking mind has great difficulty with a lot Eastern picturing and posturing. You do know that the Bible was written from an Eastern view and not Western, don’t you? Continue reading ‘I Am Who “I Am”’

Trusting Tomorrow Today

It’s easy to say that we need to live in the NOW; however, how exactly does one do that when there’s so much pressure coming from seemingly every direction at the same time?
