Last week I related how I’m seeing-knowing things in advance of them manifesting- http://www.lrchouston.com/archive/age-of-intuition.php. This isn’t the same as “manifesting a Mercedes”, or the for beginners, “manifesting parking space”. I have two reasons why I feel this is happening. One is because of the epoch (Age of Intuition) in which we live. Personally though, I see it as the FRUIT of meditation and being still. Continue reading ‘Meditation Births Intuitiveness’

We’re truly entering what the Hopi call the 5th Sun; however, I give it a different name than they. Regardless, the reality of a major shift in life on earth is underway! We can either go with the flow or kick against the pricks.
The paradox of FREE WILL runs deeper than we know. On the one had it can bring guilt for not taking responsibility for our choices and on the other had great joy from the fruit of good choices. I say “spiritual” freedom because there really is no “religious” freedom. When one thinks of or has experienced “religiosity” the only free will or freedom is to choose within the system or denomination. You can’t even THINK outside the acceptable pre-determined doctrines. Thankfully the arrogant and barbaric Catholic Church has mellowed somewhat. The exclusive and country club oriented Protestant Christian community has softened a bit as well. However, there remains in both camps a sense of haughtiness that belies the exterior pontifications of grace and humility. Continue reading ‘Convert or Be killed’
What the historical Jesus brought to the consciousness of this planet cannot be understated. Having said that, the Christ Jesus, Christ Gandhi, Christ Lao-Tzu, Christ Zarathustra, and others who attained the Christos status, have brought us into a deeper awareness of the resurrection process which is becoming more seen in these days. Before we get into the PRICE of sin, maybe we should define SIN! Of course the church defines sins as “missing the mark” and done so by a litany of specific acts (fornication, homosexuality, ten commandments, and ten thousand other such acts). For me, sin is the false belief that we are somehow separate from God: still banned from the Garden! Continue reading ‘The Price Of Sin!’
The frog is dead and no one knows it: no one even cares. The frog himself (I think it was a he) went quietly and slowly as the water temperature rose. You do know that I’m talking about the book, The Frog in the Kettle? And I’m also affirming that religion (all) has become the “opiate of the people“, as Karl Marx wrote. We are God and we are not God. God is Consciousness and we are consciousness; however God is unconditioned consciousness and we are conditioned consciousness. Listen on for further clarification.
Anyone who is going to be honest must agree that every denomination or community of believers within any religion, have “those verses that they emphasize“. Baptists major on Scriptures that Methodists seldom read. Catholics have their “Mary” Scriptures that Unitarians seldom read. On a larger scale, we read the Bible with a pair of glasses that has pre-suppositional beliefs built into them, just as the translators did who gave us what it is we’re reading. Presentiment Possibilities?
How often have you had that “feeling”: that “feeling” that something was about to happen (good or bad)? Such “feelings” are usually classified as premonitions. Is it possible to KNOW: to know about tomorrow, today? Let’s dive deeper! Is time linear or circular? Say what? I know, I know that one is really off the charts, but why don’t we do the Sgt. Friday thing and just stick with “the FACTS”? Continue reading ‘Presentiment Possibilities?’
