How many messages have you heard on GIVING? I am all for giving, loving, sharing, tithes, offerings, free will offerings, and non-manipulative responses to the Spirit, not the church. I’m not bitter, angry, mad, or sad. I just don’t “go there” or even do that stuff myself anymore. And just because we live in Amrica doesn’t mean that God’s a capitalist. Even the Jews don’t think THAT!
Fortunately, God isn’t a socialist either. Live in many third-world countries and that’s the message that is preached. Everyone loves to tell about how in the book of Acts they ALL shared with one another ALL that they had. Spend some time in Venezuela and you’ll hear that message many times; over and over again.
God is God and in His realm it is the Kingdom, not socialism or capitalism that’s practiced.
But if you live in America, you can “make it big” just by tithing! You can be healed of what ails you by tithing. Why you can find fame and fortune if you’ll just read that address at the bottom of your TV screen and send them a love offering!. But wait! Do it right now, and they will send you a booklet on seven ways to prosper. Free!
Free? Will you send it even if I don’t send you a check?
Don’t ask! They may say yes, but then you’ll get badgered every week or month with a mail solicitation. My advice is just don’t do anything, but love God and give as you respond with your HEART- not out of the law. And certainly not because God is a capitalist. It’ll wind up costing you more but I bet you get a lot more satisfaction for your buck!

There’s a balance.
Unfortunately, we are living in America. The point is stuff, materialism, and let me give to the man of God out of my excess.
Then there’s the hireling (Preacher).
I will find out at the end of the ages if I am one.
BOTTOM LINE-America needs to repent of stuff and materialism and bless the Men of God.
AND- Preachers need to TRUST GOD!
Miracles still happen.
