Bag gucci shopping

Thus saith the Lord! Ever been around someone who is constantly using that phrase? Wonder how it is that they have such a hot line to God? Or is this just one of those “catch phrases“, a tick of sort. Maybe a habit? Surely God spreads His voice around to more people. And then there’s this one- “In Jesus’ Name“. What about His name?

If I make a statement and finish it of “In Jesus’ name” does my statement have more authority? Have I said something profound, tapped into the bag gucci shopping eternal mind, or is that something like abracadabra? So many things we have adopted as traditions that really aren’t. It’s like Thomas Mann who said, “Biblical stories echo the way things never were, but always are.”

I’m not saying it’s wrong to say a prayer and end it, “In Jesus’ name”. What I am asking is have we considered what we’ve just attachedd His name to? Might we be a little more careful if it was considered blasphemy to use His name in vain, saying He said something that He didn’t.

Opps! Is that what we’re doing?

I don’t know. But this bag gucci shopping I do feel. We throw the name of Jesus around way too much. We do the bag gucci shopping same thing with Satan, Lucifer, the devil made me do it. Christ lives within us. He is bag gucci shopping a living, breathing spirit, not some magical mascot that we lead around on a rope as though we can introduce Him into a situation at any moment. Or, worse yet attribute everything that happens to Him.

Surely we reverence and respect Him more than that.
