So much of what the institutional church is doing thse days is competing with the church down the street. And the offerings are getting wilder and wilder. There are times when I feel that I am closer to God tha other times. There are moments when I think the anointing is with and or upon me. I have moments of ecstasy and dark night so the soul. What’s the life of a person worth?
What would one not do to save a life? I am talking about a physical life? It’s not something that can be calculated by most people. So, how in the world can we say what we’d be willing to pay to have a person give their life to Jesus publicly? Notice I didn’t say “follow” Jesus which is the most important thing. I am just asking what one might pay to have something “think” they might want to follow Jesus.
