Don’t Worry…………Be Happy!

I am totally on board with that sentiment. And, you?

>I would much rather be around someone who is an optimist vs. a pessimist.
>I enjoy people who are hopeful over those who are fearful.
>And, I like BIG thinkers over people with SMALL thinking life styles.

That said, I now come to one of the down sides that fins its way into those that embrace the thinking as described above. I am referring to thsoe who for thousands of years have come to the place where they think THEY ARE GOD! We are all DIVINE, and we all carry the LIGHT of the Creator, but our ONENESS isn’t a substitute for the ONE.

Say what?

The power of positive thinking isn’t an end-all, be all formula for life. It is surely a good place to begin. Affirmations, visualizations, and imaginations are keys to life but to leave out the ONE who gave us those gifts is to fall short of understanding, much less living, the true realities of life.

Quantum physics has given us much enlightenment, if we’ll allow for the whole of what it is saying to us.

Our individuated soul-spirit represents the creative fore behind consciosuness that shapes our physical reality. I’m fairly clear on that point. However, we all live with a meta-field of “the Consciousness” that underlies “our consciousness”. We do well to MANAGE our life, but to think that we CONTROL that which created us is to err greatly.

But, my hope is that more get a grasp on their individual consciousness. My life is to encourage MORE to think GREATER. I’ll let those who think they are something more than they are discover their own “brick walls” while I enjoy them as I truly do. As I said, I much prefer the CAN DO people over teh CAN’T DO individuals.

But, my favorite people are those who embrace CAN DO as long as…………..! Gratitude and humility looks so good on people.

  • Great post. I just looked up Gina Lake and found 1/3 of a lecture she did on the mind. It really is up to us alone as adults to corral that energy so we can rule over it.

    My #1 tool has turned out to be MEDITATION to calm myself and quiet my mind. Then and only then does my perception of life’s issues on the horizon I would rather go away improve. As I notice med’tn and quiet times are more often & easier, then the little spaces present themselves. They come & find me vs me having to find & set the appt. A very handy way to “grab “the mind’s rudder and improve thought patterns”. I think that’s sometlhing you probably said in the past because I found it recently scribbled in on a friday night handout. See there? Even with my eyes closed, snoring away while sitting upright, I’m paying attention
