Dump It- Don’t Store It

If you’re not familiar with the Bible story of the man who kept building more barns to store his stuff, consider this quote.

“When the house is on fire one throws all the valuables out the window, in the hope of saving some of them, regardless of what may become of the rest of them.” George Winslow Plummer

The fact that building and maintaining “storage units” in America has been one of the fastest and profitable ventures should send a message to us. We seemingly just can’t get enough, always needing more, and never being able to satisfy the ego. After filling our barns (house, attic, and garage) to the brim, we need storage units to handle our out of control consumption.

Give it away!

Life is generally divided into two parts: the early part where we accumulate and the latter part we=hen we begin to divest ourselves of STUFF. But, why wait til the second half of life. Get a head start of LIFE. After all the slogan, “Living SMALL is living LARGE“, is more than a cute cliche: it’s the TRUTH.

And, the TRUTH will set you FREE!
