The Scriptures tels us that God places people in families. He especially puts the lonely, the solitary in families (Psalms 68:6). And since our world is so full of lonely and depressed people you must conclude that people are refusing the comforts of a family: and the problems that come with all that.
It’s said that people shy away from God (the heavenly father)because of their perceptions of thier natural fathers. It’s probably the same thing with finding a church family. Church is family; however, sicne so many natural families, marriages end up in divorce, is there any wonder people hop from church to church.
Church is where you work out your imperfections, with other imperfect people.
Marriage is where you die to your ego.
You can run, never unite, never be accountable, and never come to the fullness of who God created you to be either. You have to take the good with the bad. That’s life- learning.
