Give No Thought!

Life is so confusing because we fail to make some distinctions. We need to remember that there’s always a place of beginning, but where we BEGIN is not where we should END. And then secondarily, but not of any less importance is to make the distinction between the natural and the spiritual world: the third and the fourth dimensions if you will.

Our failure to discern which world Jesus may be speaking of at the moment has cause much division among Christians.

Most often, though not always, we begin our journey towards God from the head, but if we stay there and don’t navigate towards the heart, we’ll miss the goal. We begin by using our human gifts, our brains, thoughts, and ability to imagine. I begin my walk THINKING about things, but at some point, my thought processes must give way to consciousness. Who by giving THOUGHT (using the human skill of thinking) can add one cubit to His or her stature? The answer is NO ONE!

As a man thinks in His heart is the merging of the two concepts!

I can of my own THINKING do very little from a Kingdom perspective. I can from a HUMAN perspective do much by thinking. But thinking at some point in our journey to full awareness of the I AM that we are, needs to give way to the consciousness of God, lest we stay glued to the natural world and limited to it’s benefits only.

A difficulty that I see with most church entities is that they begin in the natural and stay there!

A mansion is forever a literal-natural place for most fundamentalists. The Pharisees could only envision the physical temple being torn down and raised again, not the spiritual temple that Jesus spoke. Are you still laying hands on people and expecting that YOU, by your prayer, can heal anything? If Jesus could only heal those that the Father told Him to, what chance have we? That doesn’t mean you can’t have compassion for everyone, but to expect to heal someone in your own might, without hearing such a command from the Father, seems to defy the “Of my ownself I can do nothing”, principle.

Begin in the natural, begin using your brain and giving thought, just don’t end there! :-)
