The merging of some Old Testament concepts with scientific random generators is producing some interesting data.
Deut.32:30 says that ONE person can set 1,000 enemies to flight whereas TWO people can send 10,000 running. I’ve quoted that a lot when making the point that there is strength in numbers; however, up to now that was simply an old wise-tale.
Now we have random generators that can scientifically measure the impact of INTENTION by two or more people.
Global Coherence Initiative is just one of many organizations and scientific endeavors that are changing how we think. Here’s what some scientific data of recent has produced (tying it in the Deut. 32:30).
>1 sets 1,000 to flee
>2 sets (same sex) 10,000 to flee
>2 sets (male and female) 20,000 to flee
And then there’s this question that I pose. How many can a husband and wife chase? How many can a local community or church send running (if they are united)? That’s where the likes of Gregg Braden and others who have a global perspective are working.
Maybe there was something to the New Testament statement that where two or more are gathered in my name…….
