Yes, it is LABOR DAY!
On the secular front we have too many that can’t find labor. Some 9.6% are UNEMPLOYED. another 10% are UNDER EMPLOYED. So, in reality close to 20% of our nation are NOT CELEBRATING Labor Day as they are want. Could it be that part of the problem is SPIRITUAL?
Spiritual you say? Yep!
Ancient cultures worshipped the Sun (not the Son). Besides, the Son (Jesus of Nazareth) didn’t want us to worship him anyway. So, why do we? Good question! There’s an ancient Egyptian symbol that seems to send a message that’s been missing. In this picture, all of the rays of the sun that come down to earth terminate in the HANDS of people. Granted that work begins in the MIND but it must ultimately get done with our HANDS.
We have too many IDLE (and IDOL) hands in America today!
Not only have our politicians lost track of what makes the economy go round (it’s not the Federal government folks), but most of our citizenry have lost track of the spiritual message as well. All of our RESOURCES come from God-Consciousness-Creator. Because they saw that source as from WITHOUT (theism) and not WITHIN, doesn’t negate the message.
The transition and transformation to “God WITHIN” is right unless it’s taken to mean that WE ARE GOD!

As Thomas Troward wrote, “If we don not recognize the Central Mind as the source of our vitality, we are literally fighting for our own hand, and all the other hands are against us, for we have lost the principle of connection with them.” God-Consciousness-Creator is the UNDERIVED power of the universe- ours is DERIVED power.
In other words, we can’t do it ALONE!
May we come back to our Source, our strength, and our Life- Spirit within, the HOPE of all GLORY!
