As I look at the life of Jesus, I am amazed at his forgiveness, mercy, grace, and tolerance even in the face of evil. It’s just one of the many reasons he’s a MODEL for me.
Jesus said FOLLOW ME!
In other words, live you life as He did since he is THE WAY!
So what do we have going on in a religion named after him? We have a world full of IDEOLOGUES. And that would mean what? An Ideologue is a blindly partisan advocate or adherent of a particular belief system. The public discourse in politics is nothing but ideology run amuck. There is so much intolerance from the left, and right, that listening to the two argue is pure insanity.
It’s even worse when it comes to religion because the name and authority of God is invoked.
Those who don’t agree with what we believe are heathens, belonging to a cult, totally wrong and off base, and probably going to hell. Really! Is it that bad? Could you tell me where these traits were found in Jesus? Are we truly CHRISTIANS? Let’s just try and make this as simple as possible by asking this question.
When someone totally believes differently than you are you loving or intolerant? I’ll let you define those behaviors.
