Merry Christmas!

What religion has done to Christmas cannot compare as to what secular humanism has done to the occasion. Both have so USED the Christmas season and holiday that there are few facts or spiritual significance to either. Christmas is now a time off work, to go into debt, to eat extravagantly, and to celebrate worship before so many false idols that the list is endless and growing. Let’s move on though with the Merry Christmas greeting.

Tis a season to remember that a man by the name of Jesus lived some 2,000 years ago and he came to show the world a view of God-Spirit-Consciousness-Creator which he called Father, that had not ever been seen before. He spoke of mercy and forgiveness, words not even in some vocabularies of various languages. This man was the most loving and forgiving person the world had ever seen.

In the face of the religious and secular world wanting to kill him, he did not fight back or defend himself.

He let them kill him!

Jesus allowed humanhood to crucify him because he had such an intimacy and oneness with the Father-Consciousness that he knew his loss of a physical life was nothing more than a transition back to where he came, where we originated. His message was more than unique, it was the best definition of who God IS that’s ever been demonstrated. There is no exclusivity in that statement. We are ALL ONE!

There is no hell in the next!

Our lives here are filled with much hell, some of it by our choice even. But the reality is that Jesus came to represent to the world what we’re all to demonstrate and that is the divine nature of God- LOVE! We have to BEGIN with human and third dimensional concepts (words) because that’s where we reside. But, may we not end there. May we PRESS ON to the higher calling of Jesus Consciousness and then Father Consciousness.

May you be able to have some QUIET TIME on this day because the encouragement and admonition is to “Be still and know that God is- I AM”. And don’t forget that Nehemiah (8:10) nailed it when he said, “the JOY of the Lord is our strength”. So be MERRY (this Christmas and the rest of life).

  • Jesus allowed himself to be crucified because it was the Father’s will to make a way for us to be with Him! Isaiah 53:10; Matthew 26i:39). It’s a great privilege to be able to celebrate the birth of the only One who could do what we couldn’t do so we could be in heaven with the Father. (Revelation 1:5; I Tim. 2:5; Hebrews 9:22).

  • Thankfully Jesus revealed that I AM in heaven consciousness now and all I (we) have to do is to AWAKEN to it, as heaven is a “state of consciousness” and not a geographical location somewhere.

  • Amazingly we must be awakened to see it (Heaven). God rewards those who diligently seek him. When I see people being excessively rigid I only pray for them as that rigidity is evidence of being asleep. If we keep following Christ awakening is inevitable. There are those I believe will be saved simply because of the sincerity of their hearts even though they are ignorant of true freedom. I do not want to be one of them. Give me liberty or give me death became my battle cry one day not so long ago. If this is all there is I am bored and I am done with this stuff. (LOL) That is where God will take us sometime so that we will reach out and grasp the something more. It is almost as if God is saying “Oh Yeah, How bad do you want it” Because what is real is so dramatic in comparison to where you have been. Unfortunately that is the moment that some say. “Oh Okay, I am satisfied”. I guess I am too dumb to be satisfied and I just keep asking for more. The crazy thing is it doesn’t get harder, it gets easier. Surrender is the hard part, because it involves the ego. However, the joy of living effortlessly in presence compared with striving to prove why I believe what I believe with little basis for that belief beyond unexplainable myths and stories is rest.
I do not have to prove to anyone what God is doing in my life, it speaks for itself. I do not have to defend it. “The word became flesh and lived among us”, so that we would be able to SEE. “Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, my yoke is easy and my burden is LIGHT.” It is the greatest mystery, so we read and we continue to go our own way. But enter into that rest, and let God prove to the world who, what, She/He really is by allowing our lives to be that ‘Living Epistle”, the light set on a hill, that cannot be hid. And the darker this world becomes the harder it is to hide the LIGHTS. And it is okay because then we can simply say “Follow me as I follow Christ.” When our own obedience is factual.

  • The other night we watched the movie Conversations With God and I think the most revealing line in the movie was when he heard God ask him HAVE YOU HAD ENOUGH YET…………………….

  • Mine was “You Have Me All Wrong”

  • “You Have Me All Wrong” There it sits at the top of my blog page! Quite a movie!!
