Normal But Not Natural

I am who I am, as Paul reminded us in I Cor. 15. But BEING and SEE or having AWAKENED to who I AM is a most difficult process indeed because we are all under the spell of this thing called the EGO for too much of our life. We also embrace this gift called FREE WILL.

Then to put just one more big nail in the coffin of deception, the church has told us for thousands of years that we’re faulty, fallen, and far from God- SEPARATED! One doesn’t get over these weekly teachings and more than Obama can get over the messages that he heard in his church for twenty years.

Too many have simply continued to CHOOSE to believe the STORY that’s been passed to them by their religious leaders, their parents, and ancestors.

As Gangaji put it, “You can play as if you are not who you are. You can play as if you almost are, but still not quite. You can play any number of variations and permutations of choosing or denying who you are.” And multitudes do because most have not heard an alternative.

But somewhere along the journey of life we begin to see though the mirror a little more clearly. Somewhere along the roads and detours of life we see that what we’ve been told and what we’ve done is far from being real or satisfactory. What does one do when they awaken at 40, 55, or 70? How about REJOICING that you discovered the REAL YOU before you left this dimension?

Of course, with your FREE WILL, you have other choices.

You can be despondent, you can kick against the pricks, kick the dog, be angry with all “those people” who led you astray, bemoan a life lost: however, after you’ve vented, what’s next? How about finding a community of believers who are on the journey of BEING who they ARE?

We are NATURALLY one with God and all the rest is UNNATURAL!

How you have lived may have been NORMAL but not NATURAL!

Are you ready for living the “I AM” that you ARE?
