Parable Of The Light Steward

There was a woman who had been burdened down by the shackles of cultural slavery, but in her cell of solitude and suffering she turned within to where the LAMBENT light was beckoning. As she focused on the spark of light within, the prison doors of acculturation, shame, guilt, and religious dictates fell from her false beliefs and a Christ consciousness arose. An Ernie parable. :-)

We have descended into this third dimensional, lower consciousness of life with the purpose of growing into the hidden identity we really are.

Who knows all the reason why we are here, but shouldn’t that be one of the most important questions to embrace? Doesn’t everyone have within them the divine spark of the Creator? Aren’t we all to some degree the incarnation of the Divine? Thus, shouldn’t we be living more of a spiritual life than we currently see? The constant thread and theme that’s woven through the tapestry of the Bible is the awakening to the reality of who we are.

I AM!

There is a spiritual light (Sun-Son) at the center of the universe that we are. We are the STEWARDS of this LAMBENT Light wherein the universe of our body (with it’s billions of cells) awaits orders from within. Once we fan the flames of the divine within, we can then cast a bright light on those we come in contact with and not the darkness of the ego.

Let us be encouraged as to WHO we ARE and therein be a LAMP unto others. Life is not about LAWS as it is about LOVE and LIGHT. So, let your little light shine which means coming forth out of the cave (Lazarus) of darkness and death.

  • I was excited to read the post today. I have been sensing this is what I am supposed to do. Go out and share the Good News of the light and love God has for all. Not the hell, man-made rules and conditions that the average Christian thinks they have to go through in order to please God. When I was first going back to Church, it was because I didn’t want to go to hell. It grew into a praising and prayerful relationship, but something was missing and I sensed there was something more or different. I had to go through and to different places to be where I am today. Now I know there is so much more I want to learn and have a truer realationship with God. It might start with wanting to stay out of hell, but there is so much more

  • A thought struck me this week that aligns with your statement about our descent into a third dimensional consciousness for the purpose of growth into our True Identity. What if the so-called “rapture” is not really an ascent into the heavens, but rather the act of God’s descent into humankind? Why would the Infinite Invisible look to mortal man, whose “breath is in his nostrils” as the avenue for growth and awareness? This certainly lends itself to some serious Self reflection.
As ACIM reminds us, “Deep within you is everything that is perfect, ready to radiate through you and out into the world. It will cure all sorrow and pain and fear and loss because it will heal the mind that thought these things were real, and suffered out of its allegiance to them.”

  • jbf: What IF perhaps there’s no such thing as RAPTURE (interesting that so many Christians speak of it while it’s not found in the Bible)? Maybe it’s just a matter of our lower vibrations (consciousness) moving up the frequency of life and resonating with the Cosmic 12D I AM that this 3D I AM….IS!

Hey, who knows, maybe we’re really BLUE and ten feet tall! :-)

  • Interesting points. I wasn’t taught about rapture, he/Pastor didn’t believe it. I hadn’t thought about it either since I automatically thought I was going to heaven in an instant at anytime. God is everywhere and that means there is no ascent or descent? I am curious, because I think most of the time in a physical time and place, and when the terminology lower vibrations is used, then for me, it makes it a spiritual space with no boundry.

  • I don’t have a clue, but interesting thoughts.
