Everyone is looking for something; however, when most find it, there’s always something yet down the road they want. In other words there is no rest for the EGO, which is what’s driving you to the next thing. Here’s the point- there is no peace of MIND because when you are in the MIND, you never are truly at peace.
I am at peace when I have gone BEYOND my mind!
The first words in the RED in the Christian Bible are Jesus saying, “Repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand”. In other words, it’s not just a matter of changing your “stinking thinking” but a major paradigm shift from MIND to BEING. The clearest meaning of REPENT for me is “going beyond the mind”, going outside of the egoic self and into the divine being that we are.
I lose my mind (and many will tell you I have) when:
>I am laying on the swing with no agenda,
>I am sitting in my wine room observing the flickering of a candle flame,
>I am softly repeating one of my many mantras,
>I am breathing deeply and hearing my body do so,
>I AM!
The ego doesn’t want us doing any of the above and so we don’t. The ego loves to keep us up late worrying, awakening us in the middle of the night afraid of our past, and telling us early in the morning that the day ahead is going to be difficult. Have you been there: the middle of the night sweats and fears aren’t easily abandoned because the ego thinks it is you and you think you are your ego.
The ego plays on the two-dimensional (can you say dualism?) playing field.
Yet there is a third dimensional field, a fourth, and some will tell you a ten-twelve dimensional field (can you say string theory?). We’re spiritual beings trying to overcome the vibrational dumbing-down that our humanity presents to us and that our ego wants to keep us enslaved to however it can.
Come up to the higher self, the spiritual self, the I AM that WE IS!

Ernie just saw a report that people learn more when there they are trying to learn something they rest after they learn something.

How about a few suggestions for mantras or information of creating them? So, is it “Peace of Spirit”?
Don: Here are three of my favorites:
>I (inhale) AM (exhale)
>Yah (inhale) Weh (exhale)
>Ham (inhale) Sah (exhale)
And then I’ve enjoyed listening to and repeating the mantra for financial blessing though that’s not my sole purpose for using it or listeing to it:
>Om (long inhale) Brzee-Namaha (exhale)
You can listen to it being done 108 times at:

I like to use the following lessons (31-39) from ACIM as a series of mantras that I may take myself through in any given day:
I AM not a victim of the world I see.
I have invented the world I see.
There is another way of looking at the world.
I could see Peace instead of this.
My mind is a part of God’s, I AM very holy.
There is NOTHING my holiness cannot do.
My holiness envelops everything I see.
My holiness blesses the world.
My holiness is my salvation.
It’s not so much about the words that I say, rather it is the feeling that is aroused within me in response to those words. This feeling is the place from which we can create a new reality.
I am curious about the Ham Sah and the Om Brzee Namaha. I have always thought it not a good idea to chant (speaking to make a part of us) something unless you do not know what the meaning is? Can you tell us what language and the translation? When I chant yah weh or I am or something I might make up along those lines, I always feel peaceful. Can you tell us how the other 2 translate to english?
Geo: I do not subscribe to don’t say a mantra unless you know what it means, thus I picked up Ham-Sah at the age of 20 something and repeated it for nearly 40 years until someone told me it was sanskrit for “I am God”.
I don’t know what Om-Brzee-Namaha means eaither. Maybe one day I’ll discover it means “I am not God”.
I am love is who we really are and I believe it is best to keep things simple and not be so intellectual. So try it out and be love because that’s the only thing that can change you.
My mantra is simple to me. When I go over the ways God works and who He is, and what He has done, and who you are, it wakes up my heart, and joy overflows me. I just want to yell, THANK YOU THAT I AM ALIVE.
