Our churches try to teach us ABOUT God but a RELATIONSHIP is not developed and in this way, many churches are slandering Father God. We are told the truth will set you free. But one can know truth but if that truth is not experienced, if it is not applied in one's life, then they do not get the glorious benefits of that truth. So, it is not that truth will set you free, but the truth you know, live by, and apply to your relationships will set you free. It seems the big picture that God is demonstrating is not "know about me" but "know Me" and in knowing Him we will come to know His ways. And we will find His love is boundless and unending and in this--we can truly worship Him. This worhsip springs from the heart--and not from obligation.
