I’ve seen myself as many things over the years: most of which didn’t come true or had no sense of reality. But, it was my perception- my consciousness! Our lives are built on the foundation of our concepts of ourselves, others, and the world. If we’re going to see any change, it will be and take place in our consciousness.
We have CHOICES!
In Deuteronomy (30:15) were told that The One who IS Consciouness with the capital C has set choices before us. Which will we chooses? Which have we choosen? And which ARE we choosing NOW since that’s where life is lived and played out.
We each possess basically two world perspectives: one natural and one spiritual. Guess which one we pay little attention to and nourish it only slightly? Ancients had a proclivity to call the former the carnal mind and the latter the mind of Christ. When you stay in the spirit realm everything collapses to this one moment, this one inhale, one exhale. That’s Eccl. 3:15.
We have too much of a habit of SEEIGN only what our senses permit!
Even the prophets of old understood the need to not judge someone by what we physically observe. I Samuel 16:7 reminds us to not look at the physical appearances (of anything) but only look into the heart. Not easy, but necessary to any spiritual growth. If we look with only our physical eyes, we will grow increasingly spirituallt blind.
Romans 1 offers us the clue that we can see God by seeing what creation has to offer. He is the Creator! And, I Cor. 2 tells us that “the things of the Spirit are are spiritually discerned.” So, if we’re going to have anything close to 20-20 spiritual vision we need to work on training ourselves to see beyond what we see.
That’s it!
