We still don’t get it. We’re still struggling to find the meaning!

So much has changed in the last two thousands years and yet so much remains the same. The world and nature herself knows that things are not the same since that Sunday morning when heaven shuddered, shook, and groaned under the weight of something traumatic, profound, and energizing. What happend when the stone was rolled away? God only knows!

We sense that “something” major happened when Jesus stepped on to the stage of history. Can anyone explain why history and time are centered around the birth of this man they called Jesus: be it BC-AD or BCE-CE? What do we subconsciously know that we can’t explain? What is our spirit trying to break through the mind-clutter and tell us anyway?

Can you sense, feel, and know deep down that something is amiss?

I can!

The disciples were puzzled not only by what Jesus said while he walked with them, but His resurrection also challenged their thinking on Him and life. What was happening? What did happen? What was God up to? Was He going to rebuild Israel again, restore the Temple, and bring forth the the Messiah? These are questions we ask today: unanswered questions. But, I think we know the picture is much bigger now. We’re talking KINGDOM of God, not Israel.

The larger question for us today though is how important are those answers? What would we sacrifice to find them? The chaos that runs deep within this world is expanding. I even cringe at some of the thoughts that I believe my spirit man is whispering to me. But I also know we still have time. The creation awaits our call to action. Only God knows what that means, but I am HEARING it. It’s growing more pronounced. My spirit is prompting me and I hope you, to LISTEN- while we can.

Reveal your will to us Father. Heal our land Jesus. Empower us Holy Spirit.
