The Destination Is The Journey

Where are you going? What’s the goal in life? When do you know when you have arrived? Do the means justify the end? The questions go on and on and on. Thankfully, many people have a goal for their life- many are headed somewhere! From what I’ve seen though the majority are still in search for that purpose to which we have been created. But do those who have an “end game” have it all together?

For most Christians, the game is to wind up in HEAVEN! Heaven?

Eternal life is what many people will tell you they are looking for, but to looking FOR that which is to come, when it already IS, sorta misses or at least disguises the point. Re read John 17:3. The goal is not what’s to happen after we leave this realm, but while IN this world.

Once you begin to BE who we were created to BE and once you start to undetstand God’s I AM- the end game is the NOW game.

NOW! Ahora!

How’s it going for you as you read this sentence?

As Richard Rohr has said, how you do NOW is how you do everything.

So, how’s life- the journey?
