Transforming Grace

January 19, 2007 - We need to awaken to the incredible reality of grace—which is bigger than religion, and far greater than the laws of causality. While the world runs on karma, God’s grace overpowers and negates reaping and sowing. So, why not embrace grace and chuck what the world offers?

    Ernie,
I am a friend of Ron Corzine. Our church is in his network.
I am chatting with him as I type this. We are trying to perfect
my website. He sent me to your site as an example. As I was
looking it over I read an overview of one of your sermon “Transforming Grace” and I was excited to see someone else saying what I have been telling the people for awhile. Grace negates reaping and sowing. I find that people often want to know “what did I do or not do to cause this tragedy or blessing”. God had me preach on Grace for an entire year and it transformed my life and doctrine and is slowly sinking into the people’s hearts. God sent people from the community and even other preachers to my doorstep sharing hidden sins with me. Somehow God got out the world through the Holy Spirit helpline that I wouldn’t judge and offered grace. I have counseled and consoled more this year than in the previous 20 years of ministry. Grace is amazing and we have only scratched the surface. Keep on preaching it and I hope to meet you sometime. Paul Dearinger, Christian Fellowship Church, Paris, TX
