Ernie & Lyn Fitzpatrick

A graduate from Washburn University in 1966, Ernie has served as CEO of Century 21 of Texas, Inc. and as COO of RE/MAX of Texas. He has also taught management principles with Stephen Covey and Kenneth Blanchard before founding Life Revealing Community.

Doug & Pat Shadle

Doug received his MBA from Pepperdine University and worked 25 years in the Marketing Department for Exxon. In 1986, Doug became Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of StellaCom, Inc. at NASA’s Johnson Space Center and responsible for all television production and post production, including all down-link from the Space Shuttle. In 1991, He retired from business and became the principal of Eagle Academy Christian School. Doug is presently the Director of Neighborhood Centers, Inc.

Steve & Charissa Arizpe

Since graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Management in 1979, Mr. Arizpe has been in sales and sales management. He joined Administaff, the nation’s leading Professional Employer Organization, in 1989, and serves as Executive Vice President of Client Services. Mr. Arizpe is a Director for the Texas Chapter of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations. He serves as an Elder at Liberty Revival Church and resides in Northwest Houston with his wife and four children.

Bob & Cheri Dyer

Since graduating from High school in Spring, Texas, Bob partnered in international import and export operations in Mexico and the Middle East during the late 70′s early 80′s. In 1985, Bob opened a highly successful automotive restoration and customization business. Bob retired from business in 1993 and joined the staff of LRC as Youth Pastor and is presently the Associate Pastor.
